I noticed that when we published our ezines as HTML only, not in
email, but by emailing the link to the HTML site, our traffic went down.
Business went down too, I could see it instantly.

So now we are back to sending regular text email with a link that tells
people to "click here" if they want to see the full color HTML version on 
line.

It seems to be the way to go.
