[epub] Web pages

Hi all,
I'm trying to get back to business and I accidentally realized that
ALL of my web pages have reverted back to months ago with the old
subscribe address.  How does this happen?  I spent hours of work
redoing it now, but how do I prevent it from happening again?  Was
it caused by my host's having some sort of a problem?  Did I do
something wrong somewhere?  I have one page that showed up where
half of my work is missing.
