Hi Maria,

If you send solo ads to subscribers, then I think
you are presuming too much.

The first time I receive a solo ad I unsubscribe to
the ezine that sent it. I subscribe to ezines to get
helpful info, not to join the publisher's many affiliate
programs via annoying solo ads.

This is what I presume that my subscribers think they're getting when they
subscribe to my ezine.

1) something helpful, professional and child safe
2) exactly what my welcome note, subscriber form, etc. say... an HTML ezine
with business, marketing, career, and life tips  and important internet
announcements.
3) that they are on a list that will never be sold or given away to anyone.
4) appropriate ad's.

I am also presuming that every now and then, they'll OK a special note from
me, and about my business that they may appreciate... a ebook, ereport,
special class, etc.

Am I presuming too much?
