I buy "The Writers and Artists Yearbook" each year. ISBN 0-7136-5982-3.
It lists virtually every media outlet around.

But it still doesn't list all email addresses.

But what it does do, is give you a start so you can locate the publications 
on the net...it provides enough clues for you to check each site out..Regards
