In Jan 2002, SparkLIST offered new rates to volume clients
that go as low as 7 cents per thousand emails delivered,
which would be 93% off our normal price of $1/1000 delivered.

SparkLIST and NetAtlantic may both use Lyris, but we are very
far apart on the service that we each offer.

SparkLIST has the benefit of Lyris software engineering support
because Lyris owns a minority interest in SparkLIST, which allows
us to resolve complex issues more quickly;

SparkLIST can deliver at 2 million emails per hour per server at
peak for clients who want to pay for this speed, while NetAtlantic
states 100,000 per hour; It's also important to point out that our
lowest end $50 a month clients get the speed of Lyris Extreme
which is a ~$30K license that is on every SparkLIST Lyris server.

SparkLIST is more focused in that we do not do website hosting,
ecommerce hosting, email POP account hosting, or any non email
list related service, which allows us to keep the 40+ SparkLIST
employee's focused on the needs of email list delivery & management
clients.  If you'll surf NetAtlantic's site, you'll notice that
they list website hosting FIRST in the drop down menu's and email
list hosting second. Every company has to have its priorities I
guess, as do we.

While I could not get NetAtlantic tech support hours, I know
that SparkLIST is one of the few that offers 24 hour human
support throughout the week with Saturday human support.

SparkLIST is currently the largest Lyris list hosting provider
on Earth with ~60 Lyris servers online, but that does not mean
we are perfect (far from it) and every day we struggle to improve
the service we deliver our clients.
