[epub] software to handle very large lists

As our list grows, our current solution of using Aureate Group Mail just
isn't cutting it anymore.  I don't want to pay the high costs of renting
space from a list host. ($1 CPM delivery fee.... no thanks!)  Are there any
mailing list software packages out there that can handle a list of about a
Million emails?

We're not afraid of spending the money to buy good software.  We're just not
sure what to buy.  Any recommendations would be appreciated.
