ReaderWorks 2.0 will convert your Word Documents, HTML, OeB package files,
Text (ASCII) plus images (JPG, GIF, PNG) into a .lit ebook.  These ebooks can
then be read on any Windows-based PC, laptop or Pocket PC with Microsoft
Reader installed according to their site at:
http://www.overdrive.com/readerworks/software/publisher.asp 
(or use their eBookExpress service at http://www.ebookexpress.com/ for free.)
