Diane,
Do you contact Live support when this happens?  If so, are they able
to assist you?  They've been very helpful to me so far with Ebook
Pro, so I expect them to be as knowledgeable when I get farther down
the line in Mailloop to send things out.  Especially Dean.

I do have a question though that they couldn't help with.  When I
try to view the videos, the icons and words are very, very small.  I
went to settings and changed it and everything else went big except
Mailloops icons.

I am just in the process of learning to use Mailloop. I am finding
it quite
confusing, and even though I have been setting it
up according to the instructions,  sometimes my test message gets
filtered
and answered correctly, and sometimes
not. I'm pretty frustrated right now.
