Exit pop ups are coded to "pop" on "unLoad". Which
means: as soon as the page changes to a different page
(whether at the same site or not), the window pops
up. Judging from my last experience... Master Subscriber
does keep the subscriber at your site, however, the
main window is directed to a processing page and then
a "Thank You" page. Hence, the pop up would still occur
even though the subscriber is still at your site, because the page "unLoaded".

By the way, for those not in the know, "unLoad"
is a JavaScript event, and pop ups are generated
using JavaScript.
