[epub] Perfect Advice ie: spam

As was noted in Mani's message: *Apologize and move on.*
I too have been accused of spam more than once from folks
who simply forgot they subbed to something (all my stuff is opt in),
or they rec'd some porn or other unwanted message with my email
address used in the *from* section that they *see* but of course
when they have to prove its from me, they can not.

I even had an attorney who I could tell knew little about the Internet,
accuse me...

I have gently worked with them to show, nope not me, and that I do 
apologize that they have been affected in a disturbing way, but its not
me. and I do gingerly explain how these things can happen, and that
it also can happen to them.
Hopefully, I take some of the sting out of it for the next person!

In 3 instances, when folks wanted to be *ugly* I made sure, even tho
I was assured from my ISP that there was no problem, that this was 
made record of. so I have covered my butt on all counts, as best I can,
under the circumstances.
