For anyone interested, I have used a PHP based mailing script
called MAX-eMail Pro for sme time now. It has good features and
works flawlessly. It even has a load balancing feature to send
each message with a adjustable delay in between each message to
not crete a heavy server load. It cost $100.00 and can be found

back guarantee. I have nothing to do with this company but I have
had a pleasant ongoing relationship with Terry Butler. His
support has been exceptional and I have had custom work done by
him at reasonable rates. He also has and Autoresponder program
called AutoMAX that could serve this purpose as well for slightly
less money

You might like to look into this. One thing I did do is let my
web host know I was using this so they would have a heads up in
case I caused any server load problems so we could work it out
before they would try to cut me off. I have had no problems at
all so far and find this web based solution to be easy to use and
no additional monthly fees! My host is only $10.00 a month so I
have my site and my mailer really cheap and efficient wwith no
worry about involving my ISP!

Check this out. You could tell Terry that I sent you! Maybe he'll
be exra nice to me when I need another cutom script.
