An even better solution would be to include angle brackets at the beginning and end of the URL, like this: <http://www.domain.com/> You should be able to even get away with this, if she really likes the tildes: ~~~<http://www.domain.com/>~~~ With the spaces would work, of course, too: ~~~ <http://www.domain.com/> ~~~ I've never seen any of these break in e-mail, even with punctuation at the end (and no spaces needed). It has an added benefit of keeping ultra-long URLs working even when they wrap to two or three lines in many (but not all) e-mail clients. Just make sure there are no spaces between the angle brackets. One more thought ... I would recommend NOT ever using tildes to list a domain name. The clueless may try including them when they type in the address by hand (the clueless don't know you are just supposed to click on it <G>). Or if they're reading it on a printed page, obviously they have no choice but to type it in. The tildes will break the address in probably all browsers. But at least Explorer and possibly some others are smart enough to ignore the angle brackets if someone should type them in.
