You know, Maria, the author of that article may very well be either an AmEx 
employee or a freelancer who wrote a "work for hire" specifically for that 
web site.  In either case, the author won't be the copyright holder.  I 
expect it's probably a great piece and it would be nice if you could use 
it, but you may wind up having to write it yourself.
