Well, Terry:
How did you come to be  a Writer? Ex dot-commer?

Most of the free world is on damn holiday right now...I am baking in the
Santa Cruz mountains, up above Woodside, perhaps 30 miles from SF. We are in
the midst of a serious heat wave. That, combined with the fire winds blowing
south from Oregon make me glad to be as high up as I am....on a Saturday
night, in August, at 2000+ ft....
