Hi David,

This guy sounds like a real jerk. If you know your web host and
they know you're legit you won't have anything to worry about if
he reports you to Spam Cop. I've been reported before myself but
my hoster knows I'm not a Spammer so pays no attention. What
kills me is they can not only report the sender of the email for
Spam but every url listed in the ezine. Recently someone
published one of my articles and so myself and every link in the
article was reported for Spamming. How stupid is that?

My newsletter went out Tuesday morning to over 5000 subscribers.
I have
received my normal 5 unsubs and 2 new subs after it went out.

In addition, I received a call (on my toll free number) from a
guy who
wanted to know why I was spamming him.  He told me he had not
signed up for
the newsletter and insisted that he be removed.  He informed me
that "he"
did not unsub to spam and that I need to remove his name.
