[epub] RE: Chronology of e-book

You know, it just occurs to me that one possible source might be Kelly Ford 
over at knowbetter.com. Kelly runs a site that is all about e-books -- not 
just new releases and reviews, but news and columns about the e-publishing 
industry.  If the information isn't at his site, he may well know where you 
can find it.
