The problem with cloaking is that anything the browser can de-cloak, 
spambots can be programmed to de-cloak, too. If browsers can use the email 
address, whether encrypted, encoded, generated by JavaScript, or other 
methods of cloaking, spambots can be programmed to use them, too.

As more people use those methods, the more cost-effective it will be to 
program spambots to grab cloaked addresses.

The URL Merle provided earlier,

is something I built to help solve that problem. It might be something you 
can use.
