If you want to know how to accommodate users with visual impairments, as 
well as those who are totally blind, there is information about that at 
www.cast.org.  Sites that are inaccessible to the blind and visually 
impaired is one of my pet peeves.  The Center for Applied Special 
Technology, CAST is an educational, not-for-profit organization that uses 
technology to expand opportunities for all people, especially those with 
disabilities.
