There is a site called Bobby that does this, too. It's REALLY hard to get a
3AAA rating from them!

The Royal National Institute for the Blind has guidelines on web site
design for accessibility. They're at http://www.rnib.org.uk

They have a service which will give your site a once over and then a
gold star if you meet their standards.
