Fascinating concept, Michael.

I donated to Bryan's "Help Melissa" fund after reading his post
on the Warrior forum, so can vouch for the authenticity of the
charity being sponsored here.

Michael, I'd be *very* interested in the results of your experiment.
Would you please share this with the list.  I was thinking about a
joint project along similar lines, and am presently *very* deeply
involved with the Blogathon 2003 event to be held on July 26th,
which has a similar basis - details at http://www.Blogathon.org

My blog, "drmani's remarkably purple spots..." will sponsor my
Children's Heart Foundation, and has already received donations
and pledges worth over $675 in the last week.  My goal is to
raise at least $3000 to sponsor the cost of one child's heart
operation.
