Not so much a tip, more like an essay....

1. Have a process.
You're a publisher, so make sure have publishing processes in place.

2. Write from the heart.
Don't talk at the reader, talk to them. Hard sells turn people off, 
opinions engage.

3. Watch the Language.
Be aware what you say to an American may have a completely different 
meaning to a Brit. (Brits are happy to munch on faggots, for example, 
but wouldn't wave their fanny around in public!)

4. Draw People To Your Site.
Don't cram the mailbox with a mile long, difficult to read eMail when 
you've got a perfectly good website.

5. Spread the Word.
Market your eZine, don't expect people to stumble on to it.
