Do Not using double spacing ... it drives me crackers
Always provide a text version and don't damm well change on a subber without
notification if you're not going to provide it anymore or I WILL unsub and tell you
my feelings on the matter of you sending me a potential virus (no one is clever
all the time!)
Keep to the same format don't change it every week
Don't make me scroll down loads before I get to the menu of what's on offer.
If someone is writing for you that month week or whatever say it loudly cos I'm
going to reconise the style change and get annoyed I was not told.
Don't put in those annoying links for AOLers
format it so it does not wrap funny
Check recheck and check again unsub links!
Always update the copyright
If you have not used the product don't recommend it.
Always be honest...
send out an oops if you got some links or info wrong rather than waiting till
next issue.
Don't go on about politics when it's nothing to do with what I signed up for ...
stick a link in and say read this if you know what I want to think about whether
Mr Blair is a twit or not (He is but that's neither here not there)

It's not organised sorry... just off the top of my head and a mish mash of how I
like to be treated when I'm reading an ezine.
