I guess the reason why I'm asking, is that I am a programmer, and am tired
of NDRs, so I was going to write my own NDR parser.  But no sense
reinventing the wheel if something out there like this already exists.

Currently I've got it correctly parsing about 500 - 700 different NDR
formats, and it has successfully parsed about 300,000 NDRs. I've classified
the NDRs into 10 different categories. I've even got it recognizing a host
of non-English NDRs (ok, so I'm starting to brag ;-) ). I'm really
interested making it rock solid. If anyone has any NDRs they wouldn't mind
sharing (say like 10,000 or more), I'd be willing to talk to you offline (or
we can keep this onlist if the moderator doesn't mind), about getting a copy
of my parser.  I can set you up a FTP site, so you can upload your NDRs.
