Hi Ross,

I couldn't have said it better myself!  My iMac and I are having the 
same problems.

I checked my Norton Internet Security (which also checks email) and it 
seems to be checking everything it's supposed to, but I don't know how 
even that can prevent someone using one of my email addresses (how can 
they do that in the first place) sending outgoing mail.

Please let me know any solutions!!
