Dianne, without cron, you'll need to launch the emailing manually. With 
Master E-responder, that can be done by putting a certain URL into your 
browser. (It can even be made your home page, if you want, so every time 
you open your browser the program is launched. It has fail safes to prevent 
mailings from going out more than once a day, even if manually triggered.)
