Thank you for your comprehensive research,
and for your encouragement about our company!

In my own research, I've come to realize that
there is absolutely no way that you can gaurantee
that all of your subscribers are going to receive
your email ezine in their inboxes.

There are, as we've seen in this discussion,
just way too many factors that effect the
delivery of your publication.  These span
from the end user (your subscriber) to
huge email services such as hotmail and AOL.

My prediction:  It's going to get worse
before it gets better.  In the meantime, while the
publisher should be concerned about delivery, they
can also be happy with anything above a 70%
delivery rate.  Once that is achieved, their 
efforts can be best focused on providing content, while
creating and maintaining powerful relationships with 
their readers.
