Correct me if I'm wrong, this is not just about AOL but many if not
all ISPs limit the size that an email message and attachments can be.
Knowing this, it does not make sense for me to even try to send
an ezine with a multimedia training attachment of about 15 to 30MB
to people whose whole mailbox is only around 10MB or less.

WHY do you send emails that are that big?! Seem foolish to me. (email ain't suitable to send bigger files)

...and not to mention those users on slower connections, who's emailaccount gets clogged due to you sending these HUGE emails.

...and what about the email-servers and networks getting full of the traffic your email-sendout generates?!

It's better to have it on the web with a username / passwords protection that is individual for every user.

As I said in my post, "I have nothing against AOL users", but I also
know that they could never get one of my newsletters if I sent it to
their AOL email address....Did this clear things up?

Then it's you who is missing out on a big market by not changing YOUR methods.
