If I were you, I wouldn't send any sized attachment to your ezine list,
unless it's extremely small and they're expecting it.  A 30MB attachment, to
go with your example, actually bloats up to 40MB's (because of base64
encoding) as it travels through the email systems.  This is very
inefficient.  In my opinion, it would be best to send a download link in
your email message to the file on your website.  Just my 2 cents.
