What medium are u using? How many hours did you put into it? Are you

How are you sending out your emails? A SIMPLE solution (and temporary to 
fix the apparent problem) would be to install Mailman for example.

Not really. If worst comes to worst you could have the cgi-script you use 
(mailform?) write to a textfile, and then you use this textfile to send out 
your emails.
