You can usually go by the standard rate which increases as the subscriber
base increases.  Check by looking at a few ezines sub count and what they 
charge, you'll get a pretty good idea.

There are many more ezine directories out there, just do a search on Google
with the term "ezine directories". Use the quote symbols
any time you do a search on more then one word.

You can make JV's and ad swaps with other relevant e-zines and web sites.
Ask them for a link exchange, it will increase your chance of being picked
up by the search engines spiders.

Print up business cards and hand them out everywhere you go and to whom ever
you do business with. There are also many networking web sites and
communities that you could join and spread the word about a great product or
service. Try this one,

If you are receiving confirmations without the name then it sounds to me
that your autoresponder isn't set right. Check and see if the box is checked
for a mandatory name entry in the subscription autoresponder.  If in fact it
is your subscription form html pointing to the wrong mailbox, it can be
corrected fairly easy. How long is your web master going to be gone? If you
