What services are you looking for regarding a new service?

 

For example, for me, I have lots of small mulit-use ezines and use a program that I put on my server, however, it's "no frills"  called DADA (formerlly MOJO).  It's free and/or costs under $100 for the more complex version.  I've used it for two years now with little problems and teach classes to help others use it.  For one with "frills", many of my create ezine students have done their research and choose "constant contact" and receommend it.

We're currently using Topica to send our e-newsletters. We've been getting increasingly frustrated with their slow response on support issues. Particularly, we can't get our unsubscribe report from them without a lot of effort. Has anyone else had a similar problem and how did you solve it?

 

What other distributors would you recommend? We send out 3 newsletters a month ranging from 1,000-11,000 email addresses each.

 

Appreciate any advice or recommendations you can offer!
