Dear Amy,

I would recommend sendfree.com and webbusinesswizard.com.
Both are fast and efficient.  Sendfree.com even has a 
discussion list where you can interact with other publishers.
As for webbusinesswizard.com, I am impressed with how their
system check your mailing to see whether it can get through
your readers' spam filter.
