[epub] Re: How to get subscribers?

What need or desire of your customers does your ezine meet? Perhaps
if you described the benefit to me of reading it, I might be more
inclined to subscribe.

A technique: convey or reinforce the benefits through testimonials.
I'll believe others like me before I'll believe you.

A question: what are you promising through your link exchanges, etc.,
that is bringing visitors? Are you matching the need or desire that
brings them to the site with the need or desire that would cause them
to want to subscribe?
