and ...... this haden company, decided to take 4 coaches  - two who own
teleclassinternational and 1 who teaches there, buy similar domains to books
they've written (and for that fact, laws of attraction really comes from
Napoleon Hill), also newsletter titles, or web sites they own, too.  Then
put all the coaches names, web sites and phone numbers on the bottom of
their web site with a note (and US flag) and how these folks are violating
their trademarks

Well, I've heard that folks do such things, now I've seen it.

I would "think" (and I'm not a lawyer of course) that Kendall can prove that
her ezine has been around for ?4 years? which would, if I get what the laws
mean, means that she can prove that she has used that trademark first, and
the squatters (that is what I believe that Haden site is, would loose).

Diane, it also seems strange that the note are not signed by a real person.
