When someone buys the business in totality, it is deemed that the business
is sold along with all tangible and intangible assets including know-how,
customers, prospect list and all the opportunities. So, unless not agreed to
pass on these details to new owner in explicit manner, will always mean that
new owner has acquired all. This is simple and straight forward practice and
law.

Ref mailing list of the company are primarily your customer or prospect
data; or the details of people who have subscribed to get future
notifications and/or updates. So what is wrong, if the new owner continues
with it.

Most important fact, that company has different and independent identity
from its shareholders and management, so company will continue to use it, as
management may deem fit.
