First I suggest joining this free SEO Class it's not a group or list it's a
group read the welcome emails and read the guidelines .. follow the lessions
and you will do well as have many others there... (not mine)

For Seo.

Your using a h2 tag for your first peice of text heading ... it should be a
h1 it should be exact same text as your title for the page ... never start
with Welcome ...it's not your main
keyword so why should it appear first?
your secondary headings should be h2's .. remember h tags can be sized with
styles or a css sheet.
You need a sitemap
privacy policy
about
disclaimer
you need a doctype
put your js into a sheet - what's it for? I can't see what it relates too...
learn some css and get rid of some of your coding..
your meta tags are not being put to full use
your logo at should read Disney vacations magic logo you should describe
what it is

Your using your domain name and file names very well ... and u have text
links .... that's a good start...

Your background needs configuring
You have line space in your disclaimer in the footer ...
is your main menu a graphic? use an alt of "" to denote that it's something
that does not need to be read.
Don't think the grey goes with the blue and white ...

You have made a start but there is a lot more u can do...
