Hi Chris,

I kind of do a mixed approach.

I only use forms on my websites, but I have e-mail addresses also.

However, these e-mail addresses are just autoresponders that send back a short
explanation of why I don't take e-mail subscriptions and directs the person to a
web page that has nothing but brief promo material for the newsletter or
e-course and a subscribe form.

EDITORS NOTE: Excellent idea Reagan! That is exactly what I was discussing yesterday with a person that was in a heated debate with me over how to move from here without wanting to lose subscriptions from the many thousands that come in via email every month.
