I have an article I wrote called 8 E-zine Choices that may assist you.  You can download it at not cost at http://www.coachmaria.com/e-books/ It provides you with a bunch of ideas on the types or programs you can use - including purchasing your own. 

 

Since you want something easy, look for a process that includes a wizard or templates.  The students who attend my Create E-zine e-zine class tell me that constant contact and topica are very easy, however, there are lots more out there.     I think in my favorites file for ESP's to look at (to include in the next edition of the above mentioned article), I have more than 30 to check out.    If you'd like a copy of my favorites file, too , email me.  I'll be happy to send it to you.

 

Also, consider that your ezine list is part of your monthly advertising.   $50, (lets say) isn't a lot, if it brings you 5K of business.
