Terry, you might want to check out our http://www.ListCast.com service. If 
your list
is very small (under 200 emails a month), it's free. Paid service starts at 
$19.95.

I hate for this to sound like an ad, but to address some of your comments and
recent ones on the list..... It includes: ability to create templates, WYSIWYG
editor, a built-in feedback loop for AOL spam complaints, reports of all kinds
you can export, a built-in content checker to help you avoid having your email
filtered as spam and more cool stuff.
