[epub] ISSN Verification Question

Hi ePub'ers,

I have an ISSN question for the group today:

As I was updating my html templates, I wanted to make sure my ISSN numbers 
were correct...so for one of my ezines, I drilled into my archives to find 
the original ISSN assignment notice:

I wanted to verify the information for the above ISSN...so I went here:
http://www.loc.gov/issn/issnhome.html

But they didn't have it, so I went here:
http://www.issn.org:8080/pub/

and it required a login or subscription.

My question: Is there any other way to check an ISSN other than the URL above?
