[epub] How do I get subscribers?

I have used the ezine announcement lists and listed my ezine in all the
directories that I could find, but I haven't gotten any subscribers. I've
also looked for someplace to find ad swaps, but I'm not having luck finding
those.

HELP! Any suggestions?
