Hello,

I run a service called GetSwap http://www.getswap.com/
which is a (currently) free service which allows ezine
publishers to arrange swaps with other publishers.

With GetSwap, you're not swapping ad placements, but a
promise to generate a fixed number of double-opt-in
subscribers with each other.

When you fulfill your first swap, GetSwap will
generate 10 subscribers for you for free.
