I just reviewed and updated about 225 article banks I provide clients.  What
I found is that some of the article banks are changing the process that they
used to accept articles.  Some, even some tried and tru, have closed.  About
10 are going to a pay only process. Others, are in the process of figuring
things out.

And over 200+  are up and working accepting articles;)
