You are correct in saying there are no guarantees with 
purchased lists.
I have used this company since March with only one spam 
complaint.
The spam complaint was not directed at me, my host or my 
ISP.
The subscriber who made the complaint did so against one of 
the paid
advertisers in my publication. There were 3 ads in that 
issue and he
randomly chose one and had his site shut down.

There is a fool born every day...

Purchasing leads IS a risky business, sending your 
publication via
email is a risky business. Any one of your DOUBLE-TRIPPLE 
opt-in
subscribers can cry spam at any time.

Walking down the street and crossing against the light is a 
risk, being
a race car driver is a risk...

There are no guarantees in our business....ALL I am saying 
is that *I*
have used these leads with much success. I do not spam my 
list..but I
do communicate with my list.
