If you obtain co-reg's in that manner sooner or later you're going to find that ISPs will not whitelist you and then you'll be buying subscribers who you won't be able to deliver mail to and that's false economy. The days of the 'big' list are numbered... CPM email advertising is on the way out and it costs money to deliver mail... especially if you're wanting to make sure it's delivered properly and handled properly. With that in mind you really want as a high a percentage of subscribers to be interested enough in your list to open it and read it... not just subscribe to it or 'be' subscribed to it because they expressed a vague interest in whatever subject at some stage on some site and then eventually found themselves subscribed to 50 lists on that subject that they don't read.
