I'm not but there's a very fine line in the eyes of the ISPs... and  
ultimately it's not what we think that counts if mail can't be delivered. If you  
obtain co-reg's in that manner sooner or later you're going to find that ISPs  
will not whitelist you and then you'll be buying subscribers who you won't be  
able to deliver mail to and that's false economy. The days of the 'big' list are 
 numbered... CPM email advertising is on the way out and it costs money to  
deliver mail... especially if you're wanting to make sure it's delivered  
properly and handled properly. With that in mind you really want as a high a  
percentage of subscribers to be interested enough in your list to open it and  read 
it... not just subscribe to it or 'be' subscribed to it because they  
expressed a vague interest in whatever subject at some stage on some site and  then 
eventually found themselves subscribed to 50 lists on that subject that  they 
don't read.
