[epub] Prodigy filters?

OK I know AOL has all sorts of extra filters etc. but I'm not as familiar
with other isps.  I recently had a subscriber reporting that he's not
getting ezines to a prodigy address.

What makes it very curious is that I can email him directly using the same
domain and email address that is used to email the ezine he's not receiving.

Any recommendations for solving this problem or at least tracing it to its
root?
