How I work my purchased list.

1. I send email #1 inviting them to subscribe to my ezine
briefly pointing out the purpose.

2. I remove all bounces and remove requests immediately.
I check my subscribe log against the list and remove all
names who have subscribed.

3. I send email #2 to the remaining list names as a 
follow-up
email elaborating on what benefits subscribing will do for
them and telling them about my other ezines.

Again removing all bounces, remove requests and checking
the subscription log.

I send email once a week...no more...for 4-6 weeks on
average. I do not SELL anything to this list only 
invitations
to subscribe. I may insert a contest or free offer or invite
to a seminar I'm hosting...but I don't feel these are 
commercial
mailings as nothing is being offered for them to purchase.

At some point between 4-6 weeks the list is deleted.

By "working" the list I can find out who is looking for 
what.
You can't please everyone and everyone is not going to want
what I offer. But my purchased list is being worked and 
those
who want what I offer will subscribe and those who don't
are deleted.

I do not sell anything to anyone unless they personally
subscribe. Selling is done through my ezine and they can
only get that IF they personally subscribe

I have a phone list that I call ONCE..I have a phone script
and the personal contact works good....followed up by a
physical mailing and email IF they give me permission to
send them additional info by email or physical mail it's 
their choice.

A purchased lead is just that...a person (real live human
being) just like you and me. They have the desire and need
for whatever reason to work at home. It is our JOB to find
what they want and provide it for them...the ones who are
really interested will respond those who are not then DELETE
them.
