Great observation! In fact, it's been said that the pioneers are the ones 
with the arrows in their backs.

Mr. X strikes again... ;-)

Jay had flown me to London to be his Internet speaker for his Billion 
Dollar Summit that was in conjunction with Nightengale Conant's Europe 
operations...and I would call it one of the highlights for me in the 1990s.
