Hi Karen

Sounds like you'd be better off installing mailing list software
on your host's server or use one that they may offer as part of
your hosting package.

By having your own mailing list on your server you can set up
multiple lists as needed and mail at will.

I currently have a mailing list for people who attend our craft
shows...
basically I just email them to let them know the time/place etc.
Right
now I'm sending them out in batches of 25 since my ISP doesn't
like
anything larger than that.  Needless to say it's getting
extremely unwieldy.
