A few people today have mentioned gift giveaways.

What sort of incentives are you using?

My company provides custom printed phone cards, and something we've been 
debating for a while is the thought of offering just the PINs as a "virtual 
phone card" that can be emailed out-- sort of the same scenario as the 
phone card, for a fraction of the cost, plus instant fulfillment.

The problem with launching any new product like this is the fear that there 
may not be a market for it.  Has anyone tried anything like this 
before?  I'd imagine it may sell quite well...
